We found this hotel easily and appreciated the reasonable parking and comfortable onsen. The best aspects were the free parking, clean room, and convenient location near a convenience store and dining options. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel was very convenient for those traveling by car. It had free parking and was easy to find. There were also places to eat and a convenient store nearby. the rooms were generally clean and had comfortable onsen facilities to relax in after a long day of driving.
The hotel fell short in terms of cleaning. the room floors were not vacuumed properly and there were some black stains on the walls.

The hotel had free parking which was very convenient for my camping trip. Although the staff didn't speak English, the check-in process was easy and quick. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with an added bonus of having access to an onsen which was a great way to unwind after a long day.
The location of the hotel was quite noisy due to the busy intersection, and even when the windows were closed it was still quite noticeable. The bed was very firm, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on and caused a bit of backache.

The hotel itself was easy enough to find and there was free parking, which was a good start. the room was clean enough and I appreciated the convenience store located next door.
My experience at this hotel was quite negative. the staff did not speak English at all, which made check-in a real struggle.
